A deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Kathmandu before the trek begins.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Adequate and valid travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. Your travel insurance must cover accidents, injury, illness and medical expenses, including any related to pre-existing medical conditions, emergency repatriation (including helicopter rescue and air ambulance where applicable) and personal liability.
The Himalayas are unpredictable. MTA Trekking reserves the right to change itineraries or cancel trips if weather conditions or other factors make the original route unsafe. Your guide has the final say on all safety matters.
Trekking in the Himalayas involves certain inherent risks, including altitude sickness, unpredictable weather, and remote locations with limited medical facilities. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
